Job Description
The Role:
As the Learning Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our training programmes designing and delivering engaging and impactful essential business skills, leadership, and core training programmes.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing and Delivering Training: Create engaging and high-quality learning solutions, including e-learning materials, training guides, and face-to-face sessions.
Collaborating with Experts: Work with internal subject matter experts to develop targeted content that meets the learning needs of our employees.
Supporting Organisational Development: Assist in various organisational development initiatives and career pathway designs.
Ensuring Excellence: Keep our learning management system up to date and ensure all training materials are current and effective.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
A relevant tertiary qualification in adult learning, human resources, or organisational development.
5+ years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and applying human-centred design principles.
Strong business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
