Role Overview: 

You’ll be delivering customer-focused business analysis focusing on exciting programmes of work around Fidelity Life’s strategic change and digital transformation.  Supporting projects across waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.  In Agile squads, you will partner with Product Owners to facilitate clear communication and translate complex business needs into actionable digital requirements, driving project efficiency and value. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent alignment with defined objectives and established timelines 
  • Analyse business processes and systems to identify risks and recommend solutions, producing supporting models and documentation 

  • Apply data-driven insights to support solution design and resolve conflicting requirements.  

  • Collaborate within Agile squads on user stories, backlog prioritization, and requirements validation 

  • Communicate technical requirements and complex dependencies clearly to stakeholders. 

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture by coaching teams in Agile practices 

Desired Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Several years in business analysis, digital delivery, system/integration/UAT testing; familiar with SDLC and Agile and demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Suite, Draw.io 

  • Ability to clearly articulate complex system integrations, data schemas, data mappings and end-to-end data flows 

  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement with effective communication skills  

  • Skills in designing effective prompts and applying responsible AI practices to leverage emerging technologies for requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement 

  • Insurance, financial services, or regulated sectors are an advantage and Tertiary degree in IT or related field is preferred
